The quicker you tap, the faster the time you can score in the fast tap game. There is a bucket below the teat and it fills up as you tap on the teats of the cow. Once the bucket is all filled, you are shown your time in seconds.

While the game itself is not that bad as it's a fun fast tap game but there are a number of issues with the app overall. For starters, there is no tutorial to inform you of what you need to do in order to get milk from the cow.
